The Network tab in Chrome’s inspector is the best way to find the string you want to update.
- Go to the page and submit the form.
- You’ll see a “graphql” call made.
- Look at the contents of that call. It’s JSON with all the translation fields.
For your field, it’s "checkout.order_summary.free_shipping_discount_label".
