How to clear notifications for orders that were cancelled?

Hi there,

I have some orders that were anomalous, like a lost package, so I either refunded a customer, or cancelled the order. However, Shopify says I still have 2 orders outstanding because of this, and I have been unable to clear these two notifications, even by manually archiving these orders. There is no option for me to delete these orders either. Any help is appreciated, because they give me the impression that I have outstanding orders when I don’t.

Most orders that you’re done with are automatically archived, but you can archive orders manually if you need to. You mentioned that you have already tried manually archiving these orders but have been unable to clear the notifications.
