Hi, I am looking to collect certain information about a customer (Instagram handle and email) if they purchase a specific product on my site and I was wondering if anyone knows a way to redirect a customer after purchasing only this particular item to a survey where I can collect the info. Basically, checkout redirects but only with one product. Does anyone know an app that can do this?

We can create custom fields in the product to get information from the user on any product you want. We need to customize the code to add this functionality.
