How To Completely Remove Underlines from dropdown menu but keep them in header?

Hello I turned off underlines from header menu but in dropdown menu now there are 2 underlines, i want to turn them off completely from dropdown menus but to keep them in header, how to do that? Im using dawn ver 12.0.0
