How to connect my new Shopify store to Instagram and Facebook?

Hey all,

So I’m trying to connect my Shopify store to Instagram and Facebook and setup that channel.

But when I get to business assets to chose the pages I see the following:

"There are no eligible business assets. Get support to resolve this.

Alternatively, you can still run ads by creating a Facebook marketing account. You’ll be able to finish onboarding to shops later .This account can’t be selected at this time because of a problem. Please try again later."

I tried to seek help from Facebook meta and Shopify but had no luck at all!!

please note I had my face book hacked about a year ago and more store was connect to to Facebook and Shopify about one year ago. since then I have had a new one and can not connect what so ever

Please help!

dude idk i have the accounts but I’m getting this error code.

These business assets aren’t currently eligible - you can still run campaigns by setting up ads on Facebook and Instagram. Alternatively, get support to help resolve issues with your business assets.

as if it isn’t a business account? I’m lost lol
