How to contact only customers with open orders, batchwise?

I know how to select the open, unfilled orders and then for instance batchprint packinglists and such. Also filtering the customer list is known to me.

But is it also possible to select only those customers who have placed an order that is still open (not fulfilled) and to send them an e-mail, or a message via Shopify marketing campaign. I would like to send all of them the same message, so I want to avoid contacting them one at a time. Would save a lot of time and work. It seems that there is no filter for selecting customers with open orders in the customer section.

I agree it would be a nice feature but do not believe it’s possible. This is a few extra steps, but if you select those orders and Export to a CSV (from the Orders page, button at the top next to Create Order) it will include those customers email which you could copy into a mailing list or even BCC them. Not a perfect solution, but might still be quicker than creating individual emails.
