I cannot link my Shopify Balance card to anything because the issuing bank has the wrong phone number. I am unable to reach the bank because of lack of information. Anyone know which bank issued the card and how they can be reached?

Do you currently have an active balance account? If so, then you can edit the phone number connected to the card from your store’s admin by following these steps.
