Avalara’s specification for handling the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee calls for a $0.00 line item (with a specific code) be added to the body of the invoice. Shopify is handling it by adding a line item to the tax total. As a result, Avalara is not calculating the fee and the two systems are not tying. Has anyone who uses Shopify and Avalara successfully implemented this?
