So, I’m trying to set up a condition for my fulfillment Shopify template email.
I have gold and silver jewelry.
When someone buys gold jewelry I want them to receive a certificate so I set up this condition but it doesn’t work even if I buy a product that contains the word “Colier” (please check the screenshot).
