How to create a claim or refund form in my online store?

Hello Shopify Community, this is first time I am posting here. Basically I want to add a form in my shopify store where I want customers to add their order number and they can see their order history and claim on orders which they feel need to be refunded and claimed.

Any help will be appreciated

Hi Rohit

The order number/management can be done by the customers in their customer accounts page itself. You don’t need to have a separate form for that. (The customers should be able to review/manage their orders once logged in to their account)
