How to create a discount popup for new customers?

I want to create a popup in which my new customer enter their email and get 20% or 30% discount with a coupon. Also i want to limited this feature like if someone already avail this discount he/she never gets the coupon on same email.

Hi @Anshul_arora is there any pop up app that would allow me to set up the pop up in multiple languages? Based on the language selected by the customer?
