I’m trying to create a new-arrivals collection which will only include a certain amount of products (less than 5000 for the filter to show)
What options do I have to be able to do this automatically?
As I have a large product size of around 21k.
@Loz86 use shopify-flow or usemechanic to automate tagging/metafields by date that are then used in collection conditions.
shopify-flow template remove the “new tag” after 90 days

You can use the Bulk Operations feature in Arigato Workflow Automation to automatically add the 5000 products to the custom collection in just a few clicks. With this feature, you can add a custom filter to search for products created in a certain time frame and have the workflow add them to the collection automatically.
