How to create a product page using Pagefly

Topic summary

A user wants to replicate a custom product page order form similar to one found on printivity.com/booklets/spiral-bound-booklets, which functions as a pricing calculator before the standard product form. The reference design features detailed input fields for product specifications rather than traditional ‘Add to Cart’ buttons.

Key Requirements Being Discussed:

  • Custom order form with calculator functionality
  • Pricing logic based on user-selected product specifications
  • Potential tooltip/help icons for user guidance
  • Template considerations depending on whether this applies to one product or multiple

Current Status:

  • Two developers (@devcoders and @Shadab_dev) have offered assistance
  • The user has shared their store URL privately and confirmed they have defined pricing rules
  • Next steps involve sharing the complete pricing logic and clarifying scope (single product vs. multiple products, tooltip requirements)

The solution will likely require custom coding rather than standard PageFly templates to achieve the calculator-style form functionality.

Hi Everyone,

I was trying to copy the product page of a store, I don’t know if it is built in shopify but what makes me interested to this site is their order form in product page. Sine we have the same niche, I don’t think that the traditional product page order form with add to card and buy now button is suitable for me. Is it possible to do this kind of order form usign pagefly? See attached photo for reference:

Hello @IntechCarl
Please send me your store URL, and I’ll create a custom product page for you based on your theme.
If you have a reference design (like the photo you shared), feel free to send that as well so I can match the layout and order form accordingly.

Ok I will check and update you.

Can you send the page link to the reference site.

If the form just ask for some details from the user that you need along with orders, this can be custom coded.

@Shadab_dev Hi, this is the reference site: https://www.printivity.com/booklets/spiral-bound-booklets

Nice, so basically this acts as a calculator first and then a product form.

Most important thing here, how is the cost calculated. So do you have a defined set of rules of how you estimate the cost which we can then translate into code?

@Shadab_dev yes, I have

Please send all the logic related to pricing the product.

Also do you need those tooltips, the question mark tips as well??

Is this the only service or product you provide or there are others?

If there are other products that you sell and that doesn’t include this form functionality, we will need to create a custom template if not then we don’t have to worry about it.
