Hello! I have a quick question, my question is how do I make a return policy and terms of service page with my ecommerce business since I’m not personally shipping it or have control over the product/package?
You are having physical inventory or are you doing drop shipping ?
If you are having products then you have to ask the shipping to the shipment company or ask to shopify support team.
And If you are drop shipper then you need to ask the product owner or if you suing any drop shipping app. you have to analyze or research the product shipping.

Regarding your return policy, do you have a return policy? if you are dropshipping then you can get the return policies from your dropship vendors and post that in your return policy page.
