I have installed Bold Memberships to my store and I want to show a different homepage depending on whether a customer is new or is logged in as a paying member. Bold allows you to add a new index.liquid file for members only but I can’t find any good documentation on how to create a custom index.liquid file. You can’t add sections in the same way as you can for custom pages. Everything in index.liquid is held in {{ content_for_index }}.
It’s a bit annoying that Bold allows the functionality to have two different homepages but doesn’t give any starting information on how to build it, and after a lot of searching I can’t find any useful answers. I pretty much want the same sections on both homepages but with different messaging and content. Can anyone help with this? Thanks!
