Hello everyone, I was going to cancel the monthly subscription and go with the Pause and Build plan as I’m currently very busy with work and family. I unfortunately forgot about this and just saw on my credit card that a $39 payment has been made. It has been 1 day into the my monthly plan, my plan starts on the first of every month. I have not used my Shopify account in a few weeks nor edited anything on my store, can I please get a refund for the $39 amount?
