If most of your product variants are the same, you can use a trick that I often use. First, create the variants for one product, then duplicate that product for the second one. The variants will automatically be copied. Afterward, just change the product name and title for the second product, and repeat the process for the third product, and so on.
I was working on a clothing store, and the variants for all the clothing items were almost the same—S, M, L, XL, and XXL. So, I simply duplicated the product and replaced the product image and title for the new product.
