You should be able to create something similar, with any premium theme, using a custom page template and then adding blocks/sections to it.
How you would go about creating a page similar to this is going to depend on which theme you’re using, and which blocks/sections are available within the theme.
I can’t really give a step-by-step solution to this, without playing around with your theme first … and even then, I wouldn’t be able to build the page for free (it’s a fair amount of work to re-create).
I think your best bet, if you’re having troubles doing this yourself, would be to hire a Shopify Partner to help with this.

Hi @jennywi If you are using paid theme then you can easily have this type of page, with very little customization, and if you are using free theme then you need to have a lot of customization to achieve this.
