Hi, I created 2 location both are with ‘Fulfill online orders from this location’ for my online business. But the new added location cannot accept the order correctly.
Then I created a test product with two variations, Add inventory for each variation in different location.
‘Shopify tracks this product’s inventory’ is selected.
When I tried to place an order below for this two variations,
I expected that two orders for different locations was created. But unfortunately this order was placed in one location.
When I checked the inventory, I noticed that both order quantity are reduced from my main location, even if there is no stock and inventory is changed to -1.
Could anyone suggest what’s the cause of this problem?
