How to create customer follow-up tabs based on last order date?

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to create multiple tabs to follow-up with customers who didn’t order again after placing the order once/twice. We have different filters available but I am trying to find an option where “Last order date is more than “x” number of days” , so that if a customer didn’t place order after let us says a month, our support team will follow-up with that customer. we are a B2B company and this feature will really helpful to us.

Also, After we create a tab in “customers” section with multiple filters, by default sort option is always set to " Last Update ( Newest first)" instead of that, we would like the sort by option to be stored as “Last Ordered Date ( Oldest First)” as a workaround for the above problem.
