How to create dynamic header text in the debut theme?

Hi would love to have the functionality in the header to have the text be dynamic, like on this site: https://www.spotifyjobs.com/jobs So we could have a header that says Find a career advisor to level up your resume. But then the resume text could change to cover letter to career path to interview skills Might be a reach but thought I might as well ask!

I did a quick search on google and found this article. I think number 5 is the one you want. You can probably use that code to do what you want (not sure about permissions using it).
