How to Create popup that shows description when product card is clicked

Is there anyway to get a popup to show up and display the products info when I click on a product card? I have got the popup to work but cant load the correct information.

I want to create a popup that shows description of a product when clicked on instead of redriecting to a new page. So far this is what I got but no matter what product is clicked it shows the first product in the collection
