How to Create Product Bundles as New Product with Variants?

Hello

I run a Online Shop for Hair Extensions and Wigs as Small Business

But i have a little Problem Keeping up my Stock and Not oversell it because i kinda Have alot Same Products with Different SKU and Menght that are basically the Same

So as Example i ofc sell Hair Extensions in different Lenght and Pattern

a) Hair Extension Straight 22 Inch long 5 in Stock

b) Hair Extension Straight 24 Inch long 5 In Stock

c) Hair Extension Straight 26 Inch Long 5 in Stock

d) Closure 4x4 20" Long 1 in Stock

I just choose that 4 to explain it but of Course there Lenghts from 10" to 40" and 9 Patterns so that make alot Variants

I Sell the 22 " Long Extension as single Bundle as Variant in the Product Straight Hair, also the 24 and 26

Customer can buy up to 5 Each because thats what in Stock

Also i sell each Lenght in a other Product as a Set of 3 Bundles because thats what Most Customer needs and a Set of 3 is at cheaper Price

So i have there in the 3 Bundle Deals the Variants of 22 22 22, 24 24 24, 26 26 26 and 22 24 26

Then i have a Product where you can Buy 3 Bundles + the Closure in Variants

24 24 24 + 20" 4x4 Closure

22 24 26 + 20" 4x4 Closure

So thats 3 Products with various Variants and each Variant has a other SKU but basically everything consists of the 4 Base Products i wrote above to explain it. But in the real Shop just in the Extensions its up to 200 Variants in Lenght and Pattern just for 1 Color

If 1 or 2 Sets get sold i will Oversell my Stock, So always have to adjust stock on many others manually after a Sale. But that is time Investing and risky to not oversell

So ofc i could just use the Products with 1 Hair Extension and 1 Closure and get a App with a Bundle Creator for the Customer or create fixed Bundles or something. Sure thats a Option

But i also would need that the Created Bundles would be Like Products with variants because my Shopify Store is connected to Etsy and Ebay where i also have these single Items, Sets of 3 and Sets with Closures Listed and other Apps sync the stock there.

So for me is necesary that i can Create with the Base Single Items Producs which contain Sets of 3 and Sets of 3 with Closure but as seperate Product with its Variants.

And it should be affordable because like i said i run a small Business

Hi

This is a common bundle set up. You bundle each variant up against the master inventory SKU. For example the multi packs you bundle against the main SKU and the ones with closure would also be set up as 3 x extension + 1 x closure. You can do this on variants or normal products.

Our bundle app has 2 main features that would let you manage these inventory levels.

1. Inventory Management

Bundleup lets you connect up your bundled product to components and it then updates the inventory based on the component stock level. So when an extension goes to zero the other variant bundles that also use the SKU will also update to zero.

2. Order Fulfilment

When you sell one of the bundles the stock level won’t reduce automatically. What Bundleup does is update the order post purchase by replacing the order line with the component SKUs as order lines which then reduces stock.

We also offer a bulk csv file upload option so it is quicker to map all variants rather than doing them one by one in admin. This is handy when you are dealing with lots of variants and need a quick way of uploading and managing.
