Im using theme IMPULSE and i cant find where to customize confirmation emails sent after confirmation of subscribing through my section “Newsletter” in the footer.

did you connect any email marketing service provider?
I use Klaviyo. When i subscribe from section directly from Impulse theme(not Klaviyo app), then i get confirmation email i dont know how to customize.

You can customize it in Shopify > Notifications > Customer Notifications: https://admin.shopify.com/settings/notifications/customer
I think the one you are looking for is at the bottom, Customer Marketing Confirmation
