It is not currently possible to change how taxes are displayed at checkout on your store. However, if you use the Order Printer app to generate invoices for your customers, you should be able to amend the template to include a breakdown of the different tax rates and then send this to the customer.
If this isn’t something you feel you can do yourself, you can look into hiring a Shopify Expert to make this change for you.
