How to Deal with Fake Reviews Posted by Competitors or Paid Review Services

Hi Folks
I have noticed since last week that on several of my apps, competitors or spam users are posting bad reviews without contacting support. I have offered priority support, but they have not responded. Today, I received a 1-star review on a new app, and when I checked the store, I found that they installed all 22 of my apps and checked them one by one at the same time, then posted a review on only one app. They might post new negative reviews on other apps later. What does Shopify do in cases of spam reviews like this?

Behavior: Installed the app Activated subscription Zero configuration inside the app (no rules created). No engagement with support. Uninstalled Canceled subscription Immediately posted a 1-star review, No written review, only a single star. All actions happened on the same day, within a very small time frame.

A person installs the app, uses it for hardly 12 to 14 minutes, and then posts a review — how is that possible? It seems the review algorithm is not working well. We have already lost 100+ positive reviews after the policy change. We welcomed the new review policy, but if someone uses the app for only 10 minutes and can still post a review, how is the review algorithm treating this?

@MuzammilMalik do you have any system where you can filter/remove reviews?
