How to defer loading/ lazy load of Tidio chat app (impacting mobile page speed significantly)

Hello, I have installed the Tidio Chat app which will be necessary to use for my website to help with conversions. I have used page speed analyzers and particular on the mobile version of our website, Tidio is causing major speed issues. The page still loads quickly, however it is impacting performance.

Can anyone help with potentially deferring the loading of Tidio until the page has fully loaded.

I am not looking to use more apps to defer the loading, maybe javascript lazy load? I am unsure, i have extensively googled this issue with no luck.

Is there any way to defer this Tidio app from the initial load to speed my website back up please?
