The customer called us earlier today to tell us that some random guy was listed as the customer on the POS receipt. The cashier must have made a mistake, we thought at first.It does not seem logical, however.given the similarity of neither the phone number nor email address. A further 25 orders are claimed to have been placed by this customer in the past six months! My hunch is that some kind of bug is repeatedly adding this same customer to orders. Has this ever happened to anyone?
