I have multiple stores under one user on Shopify and I don’t know how to delete one store without deleting both. I tried to close one store but it ended up closing my whole account which I didn’t want. Any advice please.

Just to confirm, you have two separate stores under one Shopify account, correct? Could you please go to Shopify Admin > Settings > Plan to check if you’re paying for different plans for each store?

Hi,
I have 2 stores under my one username/login. I only want to operate one stores the problem is when I try and delete the store I don’t want it deletes both stores. And I get 2 bills every month when I only want 1 bill for my 1 store.

I recommend reaching out directly to Shopify Support so they can assist in closing your store.
Please log in to your store on this page: Shopify Help and ask the bot to connect you with a Support Advisor or Human Support. Provide them with your Store URL, and they will guide you through the closure process.
