How to delete duplicate pages from sitemap after removing multi language app?

The Shopify multi language app generated duplicate pages separately for de-at language, which are listed in the sitemap. Despite removing the app, the pages are still accessible. I can’t delete it, and the app developers cannot assist me. What can we do to remove them from the sitemap?

For example:

https://lyocello.com/de-at/pages/unsere-mission
https://lyocello.com/pages/unsere-mission
https://lyocello.com/de-at/pages/washing-instructions
https://lyocello.com/pages/washing-instructions
https://lyocello.com/de-at/pages/delivery-shipping
https://lyocello.com/pages/delivery-shipping
https://lyocello.com/de-at/blogs/eukalyptus-vs-baumwolle
https://lyocello.com/blogs/eukalyptus-vs-baumwolle
https://lyocello.com/de-at/blogs/wie-gut-ist-eukalyptus-bettwasche
https://lyocello.com/blogs/wie-gut-ist-eukalyptus-bettwasche

Check sitemap settings, please! if you see any options to modify them!

and regenerate sitemap.

Hi @AkhtarNawaz , these are generated by using subfolders with Shopify Markets, not via the Translate & Adapt app. To change your URL structure this is managed in Shopify Markets - select the relevant market and go to Domains & Languages. To note, though, the subfolders strategy is recommended and beneficial for SEO. They are not duplicate pages, they are market / language specific pages.

You mentioned the app developers cannot assist you - which app are you referencing? We are the developers of Translate & Adapt. Thanks, Rich

I hope this will help you remove duplicate pages!
