I have the solution for your issue, please follow these steps to remove Shipping And Tax Calculated at the checkout Cart:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes

2. Select Actions > Edit languages > choose the Cart

3. Then scroll down and find Shipping at check out > Remove the text

4. Click Save
