I’ve got a problem. We’d like to remove from the collections page some of our products but at the moment it’s impossibile to eliminate them. How can we solve this problem?

You would need to go into each product you no longer want in a certain collection and remove the specific collection tag from each one, then it should no longer appear in that collection 
I did as you wrote but for some products I can’t remove the tag

There’re 2 ways to remove products from a collection:
1. Removing the products from that collection:

From your Shopify admin, go to Collections

Select the Collection
-
Click this x button to remove a product from the Collection
2. Removing the collection tag from a product

From your Shopify admin, navigate to Products
-
Select the product
-
Remove the collection tag from that product

@AVADA it doesn’t work in both way
It would seem you have set that collection to automatically apply to products that meet certain criteria.
You will need to go to that collection and remove any conditions set which apply that collection to products so in future, you will manually need to apply the collection to products you want.
Once you have done this you will be able to delete the products from the collection you want.
