Hello, I deleted a few collections but when I go to customize and click on collections, I still see pages. Does anyone know how I can delete them please ?

The screenshot shown does not depict pages; rather, these are templates that were used for the collection pages. These files are created in the theme files. To remove this, you will have to delete those .json files located under Templates.
