Dawn theme has already-built sections that can help. I would like to offer some help here and for free. No payment is needed. However, I need to access your store. Can you share in DM your Shopify URL and the Collaborator Code? If you don’t know how to get those, I’ll send a message.

Do you want to add that section above your footer like that?
You can do that yourself by adding Multiple column section and then adding
images and descriptions

Look I can only make milticolumn so that there are 2 pictures next to each other so 2 rows of 2 pieces of text next to each other
If your willing to make it like it is in the pictures for free I will give you access
