Were looking for a app which can determin the shipping rates based on the products tag, or even collection would work.
So an example would be, if the cart contains no items with a tag of XXX then charge postage
If the cart has a item with tag XXX then free shipping if the cart is over £150

Also, it is an ideal approach when you need to have the blending rules like Free shipping too!
