We purchased a domain/shopify site from someone and during the purchase asked for the domain information to take that over. They informed us that the domain was purchased using Shopify, so no big deal - should have all access, etc. in there. Well today our site went down and found out that the CC was expired. Updated CC in Shopify, but site still not working correctly and in digging found that the domain - while linked - doesn’t look like it has any access at all from the Shopify admin panel. It just shows the domain and disconnect next to it. I have NO idea where the domain is hosted, etc. Is there any way to figure this out from Shopify? The person that sold it to us is clueless in the matter, swearing it was through Shopify.
