We have integrated Shopify into Quickbooks. We have auto invoice number generator turned on in Quickbooks and Shopify is generating an invoice as well. I’m ending up with duplicate invoice numbers as both are auto-assigning. Is there anyway to atleast assign a letter in the front of one or the other to help differentiate where the invoice has been generated? I could move to a manual number assigning with Quickbooks but that kind of defeats the purpose. Anybody?
