This is an interesting use case. On desktop browsers the default behavior is always to download, so disabling it completely can be tricky since it’s how the HTTP response is handled. If your main goal is to promote iPhone streaming, maybe the cleaner approach would be to advertise it clearly in your product description and restrict delivery formats, rather than trying to block downloads on PC.
