How can I disconnect a store from Dsers that has already been made inactive, since they redirect me to an old store page that I can no longer access?
Thank you, indeed the document you provided is relevant. But the issue is that the following step cannot be taken because the store cannot be accessed due to trial period has already ended. In order perform the disconnect setting on the shopify side, I am being asked to subscribe once again to the store.

Start doing conversation with Dsers chat support, they are very active and will respond instantly.
Go through the Dashboard there will be a chat button. They will deactivate the App.
