How to display all product add-ons in my online store?

Hey there! Quite new to the add ons! I have added the app Upsell Product Add-Ons. Added all the add ons which is 5, to my products however, only 2 show up under the product on the store? Is there a maximum you can add or how do I change the display to show all 5?

Hey Platt-A,

I’d recommend reaching out to “Upsell Product Add-Ons” support. They’d know how their back-end is built. It’s possible they only allow 2 products to be surfaced. A couple of things you could proactively check on your side:

  1. Are all the products published to your Online Store channel?
  2. Do all the products have variants in stock?

For Incentivize, we see it a decent amount of times where the products aren’t published to the Online Store.
