How to display all products in grid form within a collection?

I’m trying to show my products in grid form..
i.e. Click from the top drop menu → Wall Art - Scientific Prints - (and here is where I would like a page of products in grid form)
But what keeps happening is it just shows one product and the rest are shown as ‘You May Also Like’ rather than a page where you can neatly see all the products within that collection.

How do I change that?

Based on what you described, it sounds like the link you’ve connected to your “Wall Art - Scientific Prints” menu item isn’t the correct one. It sounds like you’ve connected a product page, rather than the collection you want to appear. To resolve this you’ll want to double check the following things:

  • Ensure you have a collection created with all of the products you want to be shown in that collection.
  • Ensure all of your products in the collection are active and published to the Online Store sales channel with available inventory.
  • Double check how your menu is set up.

You can create a collection by following the steps explained in this guide. Once your collection is created you can publish it to your online store by following these steps. You’ll also want to make sure all of the products in the collection are set up correctly. This guide can help you manage your products.

If your products and collections are set up, you can then customize your navigation to make sure the correct collections, products, pages, etc. show up when specific menu items are clicked. To do this go to Online store > Navigation in your Shopify admin and click the menu you want to edit. This will typically be your menu with the title Main menu. Here, you can see all of the items in your menu. Click Edit next to the menu item you want to edit. For example, click Edit next to the “Wall Art - Scientific Prints” menu item. Then you will want to make sure the correct page is linked under the Link setting. For what you’re trying to do, you’ll want to click the Collections option and then link the specific collection you want to appear when customers click “Wall Art - Scientific Prints” on your online store. You can also add new menu items and move menu items around if necessary. Make sure to save all of these changes and your online store will be updated.
