How to display contact information on Sign In page when using B2B

When you enable B2B only accounts, users can only see the sign-in page.

There doesn’t appear to be any way to add contact information or even a link on the sign-in page:

This is poor from a UX perspective as customers have no way of getting in touch should they have an issue accessing their account etc.

At a minimum, being able to add a link to the contact details policy from the store would be good. Better would be being able to provide at least some text on this screen.

Hey @neode!

You can change the subheading text on this page, you could include contact information or even an HTML link using a format like Contact us

As an alternative, you could also consider something like our Onboard B2B app:

Our team built the Onboard B2B app to specifically integrate with Shopify’s native B2B platform. The app provides an alternative “Site lock” feature instead of using Shopify’s normal “B2B accounts only” restriction, this allows you to restrict access to the site while still being able to collect company applications for review, unlike Shopify’s normal feature which requires prospective customers to contact you and be created manually in the Shopify admin.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions about the app that we can try to assist with!

This is incredibly helpful and does work around the issue.

I’ll leave this as unresolved for now, as I feel like it should be more obvious and flexible.

Thanks again, Shopify Plus support was unable to give a solution.

Don’t seek a solution, make double sure it’s a feature request.
If you have a plus merchant-success-manager also push on them.

~$30k/yr to have a proprietary login process , what a racket

@neode I’m curious to hear more about why you’re considering this unresolved. Can you share some more details about what you would be looking for instead?
