We sell beauty boxes and additional products as add-ons.
We want to start selling the individual products independently of box purchase, but give discounts to those that purchase a box.
I’m looking for an app that allows displaying custom discount pricing (for example $20.00 $10.00 with box purchase). And during checkout, the discount would be applied if the condition is met - if a box is added to the cart.

For this, I would recommend a bundle-building app to accomplish. It will allow you to sell bundles of individual products at a discounted rate, and charge that amount at checkout. Better yet, these apps will also individually retract from the individual products inventory quantity if you are using Shopify to track your inventory count. You can build a box with our app, BYOB. Customers can select any n products from a collection and pay a discounted price. Only if the condition(s) is met, customers can build a box and checkout.
Also, our app can sync with the inventory. After the order is paid, individual items are added to the order and the inventory is updated.
