How to display discounted sale price on product page and everywhere else?

I am on the dawn theme and I want to run a sitewide sale of 10% discount on all products.

I’m looking for a way to show the discounted sale price on the product cards and product page without changing the price and compare at price.

Is there any way I can achieve this? I’ve tried running an automatic 10% discount code but the problem here is that the final discounted price shows on the checkout page whereas I want it to show everywhere on the site.

You can add customize pop up button on every page or initiate one sticky bar on the top to show this in all pages

You can add that message in your announcement bar in your Online store > Themes > Customize
