Using symmetry theme.
I’d like to have sale badges show on my product cards such as this example below.
Appreciate any help that can be offered!

You want it to show ‘Sale’ instead of % off. Or do you want the badge to show in the right corner?

My theme settings does not display a badges option at all like in your video.

Yes, I would like it to show “Sale”. Sorry wasn’t specific.
Right now there is no badge at all and I can not find any option to add any badge.

The link you shared instructs to go to Theme settings > Product Cards however I do not have that option.

I check the Symmerty theme they have like this on the theme settings.
In your side its not badge but Labels.
