I want a customer to choose three scents on a bundle. I would prefer they be able to choose from one menu but I definitely want a drop down not all the options spread out on the page.

Our app is able to meet your needs as it is primarily a bundle inventory management system so it will also be able to track the SKUs for variants of each product.
The bundle inventory is automatically set based on the available inventories of the bundle item(s), including the inventories of the variants. Proper quantity will also be taken out of the inventory of each bundle that is being purchased.

I have 2 simple suggestions for you that don’t require any coding:
The first solution involves creating a group of custom options with checkboxes. You can include all of your available scents within this group. The group can be collapsible, with the option to set it closed by default. Customers can then open the group only when they choose three scents.
This setup can be easily achieved using the Easify Product Options App. Here’s a demonstration of how you can use the app to implement this solution:
The second solution involves still showing a dropdown, but with a slight modification. Instead of the usual dropdown that allows customers to select only one option, the dropdown serves as an initial display. When customers click on the dropdown, a popup will appear listing all the available scents for them to choose from. After selecting three scents from the popup, customers can close it and continue with their shopping process.
We are currently developing this feature for our app and plan to release it within the next few weeks.
