So I am in the system and looking at the discounts section. It shows the discount is auto or a code. Is there a way for me to set it up that when at the actual pos system on for in store, that i can offer discounts for my employees and vets etc?
I dont what to do auto discount for people shopping. I want to manually be able to choose a discount.

I think you just want to apply the discount for eligible customers only. You should customer segment first and then create an auto-applied discount code.

How? When at the retail POS location, does it show the code for me to choose from, or do i just enter the code from memory?
Shopify don’t provide any list of available coupon not in POS or website.
Therefore I asked for creating the auto coupon.
In case of code yes you have to use your memory.
