Is there a way to download all product Transfers from Shopify to a CSV or excel sheet? Been exploring the admin side of the platform but I don’t see any option to just generate a report of all transfers received for a period and download that. Usually, I would need to go into each transfer to see the details but there should an easier option of being about to download all this details. This is critical for me when I need to reconcile my inventory and supplier receipts.
Being able export/import SKU detail would be an invaluable tool! I can’t figure it out either. I reached out to Matrixify and they don’t have that option either.
Indeed, currently, you are not able to export or import Product inventory transfer data.
There are also a few other Shopify Community threads about the fact that this is not available in the API, so no apps are able to access this data currently.
I have to agree - there really needs to be access to this data. I run a store that does not run very deep on any sku, and without being able to look at transfer information (the only way currently to create a ‘record of inventory’ inside of shopify) it’s an arduous task to make intelligent re-order decisions. If I wanted to keep track of all this information in separate spreadsheets outside of Shopify, I’d just pull the whole store off the platform. The inventory management features of Shopify really need to vastly improve. And, no offense to app developers, but you should have to rely on apps to do it.
I agree LyneO, we are no longer able to do transfers in Stocky (where we could download PDF or CSV of the transfer). This is critical Shopify, please make the same downloads available in the new Products/Transfers facility.
Shopify support has said: It seems like you’re not the only one requesting this, that’s why our developers are working to make sure this feature is easily available and accessible to those who need it.
