How to download reports - when I do they don't save/open anywhere?

I’ve been trying to download a sales report and when I click download and then “allow” it doesn’t actually save it on my computer. When I select the “print” option the pages printed are blank.

Can you please help?

Is this on Safari? Have you tried a different browser?
