How to dynamically display selected shipping options in order confirmation emails?

We have a number of shipping options on checkout (through a third party app). E.g. ASAP, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Holidays, Air. But these do not attach to the order nor does it add to the shipping confirmation email that people get. This frequently means people are asking us about it etc.

Does anyone know how we can make this dynamic so that if someone selects a specific shipping method it appears next to the order on the order page and is also then populated into the shipping email?

The order page, you mean order details in your Shopify Admin? Or do you mean the order confirmation page the customer sees? If the later, then there should be a template in your theme that you can modify to include the shipping method. Same with the shipping email you go to Settings > Notifications > Select “Order Confirmation” > Edit Code.
